SHIPPING
We ship via UPS. All parcels are fully insured and trackable for peace of mind. The delivery times are 4-5 business days within Europe, and 7-10 business days internationally. 

RETURNS
All vintage pieces are final sale. We encourage thoughtful purchases and are happy to provide any additional details prior to checkout.
Each piece is carefully sourced, studied, and inspected. Minor imperfections may be present due to the nature of vintage jewellery.
If you receive an item with an unforeseen flaw, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. 

EXCHANGES
If a ring doesn’t fit, please contact us within 3 business days to arrange an exchange or receive credit.
Should a piece show signs of structural fault—such as a loose stone, compromised clasp, or similar—notify us within 7 days. We’ll assess whether a repair, exchange, or credit is most appropriate.
Return postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMS
International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees. These are not included in our prices. Please consult your local regulations for more information.
